St. Joseph Pregnancy Resource Center (Willowbrook Women's Center)

St. Joseph Pregnancy Resource Clinic (PRC) provides Christ-like service to pregnant, at-risk, and post-abortive women; addressing their spiritual, physical and emotional needs; equipping them to make healthy, life-affirming decisions.

Clinic services.
  • Pregnancy Options -- When a woman comes to the St. Joseph PRC, she is met by a patient advocate who provides her with factual information regarding her pregnancy options.
  • Pregnancy Ultrasound -- If a woman finds that she is pregnant after her testing, she is provided with an appointment for a limited ultrasound at no cost to her.  Limited ultrasounds provide information on the baby’s gestational age and the viability of the pregnancy which allow the patient advocate to provide the mothers with informed options.
  • STD Testing -- The St. Joseph PRC offers limited STD testing for mothers and physician referrals for treatment when necessary.
Pregnancy programs
  • My Baby and Me Parenting Classes -- Classes provide information for expectant mothers on her pregnancy, the developing baby, labor and delivery, and early steps in parenthood.
  • Baby Boutique -- Mothers who participate in the My Baby and Me Parenting classes can earn points for baby items such as diapers, wipes, outfits, baby care items, strollers, swings, highchairs and just about anything a baby needs.
  • Maternity Closet -- New and gently used clothing giveaway for expectant mothers.

Post-abortion support
St. Joseph PRC offers nine-week classes led by trained peer-facilitators for abortion-wounded women. These classes are small, offering a safe, confidential and supportive environment for emotional  and spiritual healing.

Sisters of Solace

Sisters of Solace is a community of hospitality and healing for women survivors of trauma and addiction who have no place to call home.  In addition to housing, food, and basic supplies, each resident works with a full time care coordinator who understand her unique story, her strengths and her barriers. With the assistance of the coordinator, each resident develops a plan to access community services to help overcome her life challenges.

Sisters of Solace is an affiliate of Thistle Farms, a Nashville-based national network of residential homes that have provided similar care and social enterprise training for victims of prostitution and human trafficking for almost 25 years.

  • Physical and mental health care and assistance with substance abuse
